Sandy Kahle
My husband, Wayne, and I have been married for over 30 years and we have raised three children. We now have the pleasure of grandchildren (currently seven with more in the near future) and 5 granddogs. We enjoy watching the Gators play, traveling, boating, water skiing, sailing and most of all scuba diving.
I am a lifetime student! I received my bachelors and law degrees from the University of Florida and my MBA from the University of North Florida. You could say I am addicted to campus life. In between my visits to college I retired with BellSouth after over 20 years of service in engineering and management and practiced Bankruptcy law. I am a licensed Professional Engineer, Attorney, and Broker/Owner.
With the influence of my sister, Pat Alters, I decided to begin a career in real estate. I specialize in Commercial, Investment Properties and Land. Handling your business needs is what I do best! I can provide research and consultation to help you create and manage your real estate portfolio. With the assistance of Donna Kowalenko (sister-in-law) and Cindy McLain (daughter), many hands make light work and provide better customer service.

Donna Kowalenko
In June 2003 I relocated to the Fleming Island area after spending many years coming to the area to visit family. I am a widow and enjoying settling into my newlife in this area after spending many years in the midwest. I enjoy sports, traveling, the arts, water and sailing. In July I adopted a two year old Shih Tzu named Duncan who runs the house.
After spending many years in customer service, employee relocation, and human resources management, I retired from American Electric Power with over 35 years of service. Besides being a licensed Realtor, I have a bachelor's from Ohio University with majors in management and human resources. Real Estate has always been a very keen interest of mine, so I decided to move closer to family and join them in the real estate business.
I always try to view situations from the customer's perspective and see how I can best use my analytical and problem solving skills to meet their needs. In combination with Sandy's and Cindy's skills and expertise, we are the real estate team to meet your real estate needs. From one committed family to another, we are Your Realty Professionals! |

Cindy McLain
My husband, Bobby, and I have been married for twelve years. Bobby and I were both raised in the Clay County area. We have three sons, Austin-9, Blake-9 (Yes, they are twins!) and Chad-3. In our free time we enjoy camping, scuba diving, water skiing, Gator football and as much traveling as we can squeeze in.
Before becoming a licensed real estate agent, I worked as an assistant to three real estate agents. Prior to that I worked for a manufacturer as National Account Customer Service Manager and Office/Customer Service Manager. I have also worked with a newspaper in the advertising department.
I decided to settle into a career of real estate because it is a combination of all the things I love to do. I enjoy watching a house become a home when a new family moves into it with all the pride and joy of being one step closer to their dream. Customer service is my true calling in life. I love helping people. I believe I am a REALTOR that you will be glad to refer to a friend or family. Of course with the rest of the team, Sandy Kahle, (mother) and Donna Kowalenko, (aunt), to back me up, We Won't Let You Down!!
