School Success Workshop

Clemson Community Care's annual School Success Workshop will be held this year on Tuesday, July 20th at Clemson Elementary School. Parents will meet with local public school administrators to learn about school policies and procedures. Those parents' presence will ensure that their children in grades K4 through twelve will benefit in their school career. The Pickens County children will receive free backpacks and school supplies; the Anderson county children, a coupon to cover a large portion of their field trip expenses.

The Rotary Club of Clemson will purchase the backpacks and school supplies.

CCC's purpose in holding this workshop, now in its twelfth year, is to facilitate communication between the school and the home.

In attendence at the workshop will be CCC Board members, volunteers, and all CCC staff. The students who are present will have a chance to meet their school principals and counselors.
